I am a certified Level 4 Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach based in Surrey, passionate about motivating and empowering clients to take control of their health and feel great!
Working together, I will help you find the balance you need through friendly, personalised and realistic nutrition and lifestyle advice. Focussing on nutrition, sleep habits, stress levels and physical activity, I work with you to introduce small sustainable changes specific to your needs to create well-nourished healthy habits for the long term.

As a working mother of two energetic boys in my late 40s, I understand the challenges of the daily juggle. Add to that the complications from rollercoaster hormones and it can be exhausting! I specialise in supporting women to make their health and wellbeing a priority in their 40s and 50s through the perimenopause and beyond.
​I strongly believe that by working with your body holistically, it enables balance to the whole system and for women, can pave the way to a less disruptive menopause and help you to thrive!
Give yourself permission to focus on self care as a “need” rather than an “indulgence”. I hope that, given the right tools and knowledge, you can feel more in control and understand your health better than you ever have before.
